    I decided not to ride into work today because of the 50 mph gusts that are expected. The wind plus the pollen count don't make me a happy camper. :(

    Our pollen count and IM training are killing me. Seriously, I am composing my Last will and testament.

    How the hell did you train for two of these last year?!
