My Valentine's Day
Ok so I have the most romantic Valentine's Day every year..My wonderful husband, whom I have known for 19 years, and I had our first date on Valentine's Day, 1989. We ate at a restaurant called "Villa de Capo" in downtown ABQ. Believe it or not, the place is still open after all these years and this year, last night, we had our 20th annual dinner to celebrate the beginning of our relationship. I can't really remember all the years and specific days, I wish I had journaled or something. I know one year, we almost broke up. One year, shortly after V-Day, he proposed to me. Hartley and I have something special and he is my forever Valentine:
