The other one, Acid Zapper, I read about in bicycle magazine a few months ago so thought I would try it. I can't find the original article but here is some info:

My stomach cannot handle the pill formula it seems (upsets it) but I put the powdered form in my training drinks and it really seems to help with muscle soreness the next day. I have heard others say this too.

i'm enjoying accelerade...not a supplement, but my sports drink of choice of late.
Is the acid zapper working or can you not handle it at all? Is it baking soda? I heard baking soda does the same thing.
I REALLY believe this stuff is helping me. My legs use to hurt all the time, even when I wasn't training and especially sore after long workouts..it actually felt like lactic acid build-up in my muscles all the time. I can tolerate the granules in my sports drinks so take it that way. I think it is basically baking soda that neutralizes acid but it also has other supplements-calcium, potassium and sodium. check out the website acidzapper.com. There are folks that swear by this stuff!
